Three more lovely ducks, of the many who live around here. Always pleased to see them.

Eggs in the nest. In January. I’m sure they’re Muscovies, I saw the parents sitting a few feet away.

This bird really does have two feet. I saw the other one when he turned around. Don’t be scared by foot 2’s apparent absence from the picture. It’s just hiding.

Looks more like a Cattle Egret, Donna. Great Egret has a much longer neck, often held in a 'S' shape. Legs and bill should also be proportionately longer too. Great Egret is a more elegant looking bird compared to Cattle Egret. Great Egret pictures here - https://www.flickr.com/photos/stonefaction/a...View More

Great spot, but I believe this may be a cattle egret due to it being smaller and having larger crest on it’s head. No worries though, they’re very similar.

Look closely, at the center of the bars of the light, and you will see the bird. I think it’s a seagull, but that wasn’t a possible selection, so please correct me if it’s needed. Thanks.
