Woke up to these cuties! Unfortunately, I’ll have to get them transported to a wildlife pond. But so cute!!!!

This guy swooped in trying to catch a meal at my bird feeder! Fortunately, my backyard birds were fast! He’ll have to go find a mouse!

Had to take this through the sliding glass door. He’s shy! I’ve only seen him a few times. For about a week each Spring and Fall.

So cute! They fly in every morning and land like two fluffy planes, take a dip, munch some bird seed and then fly off. I feel so used. 🤣

These two have been visiting for about a week! Hubby keeps chasing them away. I know they are messy, but I just love them! I don't mind them one bit. we hardly use the pool anyway!

I don’t know US birds very well but that does look like it could be a Baltimore oriole 😀

Possibly an Orchard Oriole. He stayed for about two months! Seems hes moved on now. Probably migrating.

I’m not sure. I’m in Southern California so after further research, I think it is either a Spotted Towhee or a Grosbeak. A Baltimore Oriole probably would not be this far west. Although Orchard Orioles can be seen, it’s rare.

I saw another recently. Shaped more like a Towhee. He’s shy, usually two and only here for a few days twice a year.
